About Klyff
The People Behind Manufacturing Intelligence
Klyff is a team of AI, embedded systems, and industrial software engineers. We build edge AI that runs on real production lines, on every shift, at every plant.
Background
Why We Started Klyff
For nearly two decades, we’ve worked alongside organizations, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them put machine learning and AI to real use. That journey took us through Knoldus, and when it was acquired, we had a rare chance to stop and ask ourselves: where can everything we’ve learned matter most?
The answer kept pointing to the factory floor. Before Knoldus, we had implemented ERP systems in steel plants and discrete manufacturing. We felt that this was real engineering.
Manufacturing is full of cameras, sensors, PLCs, and machines producing data every second, and most of it goes unused. We’d seen plenty of AI projects look great in a demo and then stall before reaching production, held back by latency, data security concerns, and the distance between software teams and the people running the plant.
That’s a gap we felt equipped to close. We bring backgrounds in software, electronics, and mechanics, so we understand the models, the hardware they run on, and the machines they work with.
So we started Klyff to build the Manufacturing Intelligence platform we wished existed: AI that runs at the edge, keeps your data on site, and helps you reduce downtime, catch defects earlier, and scale what works across every plant.
We’re building it alongside manufacturers, and we’d love to build it with you.
By the Numbers
Results Our Customers See
Klyff is built for plants that cannot afford downtime, escapes, or guesswork.
Our Commitments
What We Value
Manufacturing runs on trust. We build the way we would want a vendor to build for us.
Your data stays yours
Production data and images stay on site. Senatr shares model improvements across plants without moving raw data, so you stay in line with GDPR, trade secret, and data residency rules.
Security is part of the build
We are SOC2 certified, and we design access controls and secure over-the-air updates from the first sprint, not the last.
No cloud lock-in
You choose where models run. Klyff works with Intel OpenVINO, Qualcomm Dragonwing, NXP i.MX8, STM32, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLflow, so your hardware decisions stay yours.
Explainable results
If an inspector or a maintenance lead cannot see why the system flagged something, we are not finished.
Methodology
How We Work
Start on the plant floor
We begin with your lines, your cameras, and your shift patterns, then design around them.
Ship in weeks
Live plant visibility in 2 to 4 weeks. Defect detection in 8 to 12 weeks. Failure-risk scoring in 6 to 10 weeks.
Measure everything
Defects caught, downtime avoided, rework saved. If we cannot put a number on it, we ask why.
Stay after launch
Models drift and machines age. We monitor, retrain, and update so results hold up over time.

The Platform and Team that forms the basis of our success
With the Klyff platform, we can build on a reliable Edge AI infrastructure and an excellent team. What was important to us was to be able to integrate sensors in an easy and fast manner through our project managers so that our client could easily manage the worker safety in the building
